基礎DNAはシータヒーリング®のテクニックを紹介していき、参加者のDNAの１２ストランドを活性化することにフォーカスしています。
受講生は創造主の無条件の愛に開かれていくことを経験します。
このセミナーの中心はコア（核）、遺伝的、歴史的、魂のレベルが自ら自分に課した、もしくは外から課せられて持っている人生にあるパターンを変容することを可能にするテクニックを実践することです。シータヒーリングはあなたがあなたの先祖から信念（ビリーフ）や感情を受け継ぐと信じています。このレベルは遺伝的レベルと呼ばれるものです。受講生は彼/彼女の自らのビリーフを特定することを学び、また他の人のために引き抜くこともセミナー中に学びます。この実践でビリーフのシステムを素早く明らかにし、体に制限しているビリーフまたは感情をポジティブなものへとお聞ける方法を教えます。
